Funded under the Horizon Europe programme and supported by SESAR Joint Undertaking, ATM-EXCITE is dedicated to enhancing civil-military interoperability and cybersecurity in Air Traffic Management (ATM).
Advancing civil-military coordination and cybersecurity in European skies
The ATM-EXCITE project is focused on developing innovative solutions to improve collaboration between civil and military aviation stakeholders while fortifying cybersecurity in ATM systems. Our research will address critical challenges, including:
- Enhancing security and confidentiality in military aviation data exchange
- Improving interoperability between civil and military ATM systems
- Strengthening resilience against cyber threats in real-time airborne position data
